نحن نجمع ونعالج المعلومات التي تقدمها أنت لنا عند إنشائك حساباً ورفع محتوى إلى المنصة. تشمل هذه المعلومات الفنية والسلوكية عن استخدامك للمنصة.  نجمع أيضاً معلومات عنك عندما تقوم بتنزيل التطبيق والتفاعل مع المنصة دون إنشاء حساب.

نحن نشارك معلوماتك مع مزودي خدمات آخرين يساعدوننا على تشغيل المنصة، مثل مزودي خدمات التخزين السحابي. نشارك معلوماتك أيضاً مع شركاء أعمال وشركات أخرى في مجموعة شركات GoldenVoice وخدمات تعديل المحتوى ومزودي خدمات القياس ومعلنين ومزودي خدمات تحليل البيانات. سوف نشارك معلومات مع هيئات إنفاذ القانون أو الجهات التنظيمية وأطراف أخرى بموجب أمر محكمة ملزم من الناحية القانونية، حيثما ومتى كان ذلك مطلوباً بأمر القانون.

المعلنون وشبكات الإعلانات ومقدمو خدمة التحليلات

نحن نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها منك ومعلومات تفاعلك مع المنصة ومواقع الأطراف الأخرى والتطبيقات الأخرى للتعرف على اهتماماتك المحتملة من أجل تزويدك بإعلانات أكثر مناسبة. نستدل بهذه المعلومات عن مواقع الويب التي زرتها والتطبيقات التي قمت بتنزيلها وعمليات الشراء التي أجريتها حتى يمكننا التنبؤ بمزيد من اهتماماتك في المستقبل ولكي نقيِّم مستوى فعالية الإعلانات على منصتنا. نحن نجمع هذه المعلومات عن طريق استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة لها الموجودة في منصتنا ومن المعلومات المشابهة الواردة من الأطراف الأخرى التي تعلن على منصتنا وتقوم أنت بزيارة مواقعهم/تطبيقاتهم.

 

المعلومات الفنية التي نجمعها عنك. نحن نجمع معلومات معينة عن الجهاز الذي تستخدمه للدخول على المنصة، مثل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت الخاص بك والجهاز الوكيل الخاص بالمستخدم وشركة الهاتف الجوال وإعدادات المنطقة الزمنية والمعرِّف الخاص بالأغراض الإعلانية، وطراز جهازك ونظام الجهاز ونوع الشبكة وهوية الجهاز ودقة الشاشة ونظام التشغيل والتطبيقات وأسماء الملفات وأنواعها وأنماط الضغط على المفاتيح أو إيقاعاتها، وحالة البطارية وإعدادات الصوت وأجهزة الصوت المتصلة. وفي حال إذا سجلت الدخول من العديد من الأجهزة، سنكون قادرين على استخدام معلومات ملفك التعريفي للتعرف على نشاطك عبر الأجهزة. ويجوز لنا أن نربط بين المعلومات التي تُجمع من أجهزة غير الأجهزة التي تستخدمها للدخول إلى المنصة. الموقع: نحن نجمع المعلومات عن موقعك التقريبي، ويشمل هذا معلومات الموقع بناءً على بطاقة SIM أو عنوان بروتوكول إنترنت التصفح. ويجوز لنا، بعد الحصول على موافقة منك، أن نحصل على بيانات الموقع الدقيق (مثل النظام العالمي لتحديد المواقع GPS).

 

العثور على مستخدمين آخرين ودعوة أصدقائك. يمكنك اختيار إذا كنت تريد العثور على مستخدمين آخرين للمنصة باستخدام خاصية العثور على أصدقاء "Find Friends" التي نوفرها لك. تُتيح لك هذه الخاصية التعرف على أصدقائك الذين يستخدمون المنصة- سواء من قائمة جهات الاتصال على هاتفك أو على فيسبوك- وتوفر لك خيار متابعتهم. يمكنك أيضاً استخدام هذه الخاصية لدعوة جهات اتصال لديك إلى الانضمام إليك على المنصة. سوف نستخدم معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بالشخص الذي تدعوه للانضمام إليك سواء من قائمة جهات الاتصال على هاتفك أو قائمة أصدقائك على فيسبوك، ونوفر لك خيار مراسلته إما برسالة نصية قصيرة أو بالبريد الإلكتروني أو برسالة طرف آخر (مثل واتساب أو فيسبوك (بما في ذلك برنامج مراسلة فيسبوك (فيسبوك ماسنجر) أو تويتر) لتدعوه للاطلاع على ملف التعريف الخاص بك على منصة GoldenVoice. 

 

عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق.. إذا كنت تشتري عملات عن طريق عمليات شراء عبر التطبيقات، فيُرجى ملاحظة شروط سياسة السلع الافتراضية الخاصة بنا (Virtual Items Policy). ستُجرى عملية الشراء الخاصة بك عن طريق حسابك في التطبيق Apple iTunes أو التطبيق Google Play. نحن لا نجمع أي معلومات مالية أو معلومات فوترة من طرفك فيما يتعلق بهذه المعاملات. يُرجى مراجعة شروط وإشعارات متجر التطبيقات ذات الصلة بالتعامل مع هذه النوعية من البيانات. نحن نحتفظ بسجل لعمليات الشراء التي تجريها وأوقاتها والمبالغ المنفقة فيها لكي نتمكن من شحن حسابك بقيمة العملات الصحيحة.. وبالإضافة إلى عمليات شراء العمليات داخل التطبيق، إذا اخترت أن تسدد معاملات أخرى ترتبط بالدفع، فمن الممكن أن تقوم المنصة بجمع معلومات الدفع، ومنها أرقام بطاقة الدفع أو معلومات الدفع الخاصة بالأطراف الخارجية الأخرى (مثل موقع PayPal) حسبما يكون مطلوباً لغرض الدفع.

 

دليل إثبات الهوية أو العمر: في بعض الأحيان نطلب تقديم دليل يثبت الهوية أو العمر لاستخدام مزايا معينة، مثل البث الحي المباشر أو الحسابات المتحقَق منها، أو عندما تتقدم بطلب لحساب مدفوع Pro Account، تأكد من أن سنك كبير بما يكفي لاستخدام المنصة، أو في الحالات الأخرى التي يكون التحقق فيها مطلوباً.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

 

نستخدم نحن ومورودنا ومقدمو الخدمة ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة الأخرى (مثل البرامج الملحقة للتتبع على الويب وملفات تعريف الارتباط الفلاشية وغيرها)، حيث نستخدم ("ملفات تعريف الارتباط") بهدف الجمع التلقائي للمعلومات وقياس صفحات الويب التي تنقر عليها وتحليلها وطريقة استخدام المنصة وتعزيز تجربتك باستخدامها وتحسين خدماتنا. كما نقدم لك إعلانات مستهدفة على المنصة وفي أي مكان آخر على جميع أجهزتك. وملفات تعريف الارتباط تمكن المنصة من توفير خصائص ووظائف معينة. أما البرامج الملحقة للتتبع على الويب فهي عبارة عن صور صغيرة جداً أو بيانات يسيرة مضمّنة في صور، تُعرف أيضاً باسم "علامات البكسل" أو "صور GIF واضحة" والتي يمكنها التعرف على ملفات تعريف الارتباط والوقت والتاريخ اللذين يتم فيهما عرض الصفحة ووصف للصفحة التي توجد فيها علامة البيكسل ومعلومات مماثلة من حاسوبك أو جهازك. وباستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على استخدامنا لملفات تعريف الارتباط.

 

 بالإضافة إلى، إننا نسمح لشركائنا التجاريين وشبكات الإعلان وغيرهم من بائعي الإعلانات ومقدمي الخدمات (بما في ذلك بائعي التحليلات وموفري الخدمات) بجمع معلومات حول أنشطتك الإلكترونية من خلال ملفات تعريف الارتباط. كما إننا نقوم بربط معلومات جهات الاتصال لديك أو المشتركين بنشاطك على المنصة لدينا على أجهزتك، وذلك باستخدام بريدك الإلكتروني أو معلومات تسجيل الدخول أو معلومات الجهاز الأخرى. قد تستخدم هذه الجهات الخارجية هذه المعلومات لعرض الإعلانات على منصتنا وفي أي مكان آخر عبر الإنترنت يتناسب مع اهتماماتك وتفضيلاتك وخصائصك. إننا لسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات الخصوصية لهذه الجهات الخارجية، كما أن ممارسات المعلومات الخاصة بهذه الجهات ليست مشمولة في سياسة الخصوصية هذه.

تزويدك بدعم المستخدم؛

إضفاء الطابع الشخصي على المحتوى الذي تتلقاه وتزويدك بمحتوى مخصص سيكون ذا أهمية لك؛

 تمكينك من مشاركة محتوى المستخدم والتفاعل مع المستخدمين الآخرين؛

تمكين خدمة المراسلة لدينا من العمل إذا اخترت استخدام هذه الخاصية؛

 نمكنك من المشاركة في برنامج العناصر الافتراضية؛

نتواصل معك لمساعدتنا في اكتشاف إساءة الاستخدام والنشاط الضار والاحتيال والبريد الإلكتروني العشوائي والنشاط غير القانوني على المنصة ومكافحته؛

كيف نشارك بياناتك الشخصية

نشارك بياناتك مع الجهات الخارجية المحددة التالية:

إذا اخترت التسجيل لاستخدام المنصة عن طريق تفاصيل حساب الشبكة الاجتماعية الخاصة بك (مثل Facebook و Twitter و Instagram و Google)، فإنك ستقدم لنا أو تسمح لشبكتك الاجتماعية بتزويدنا برقم هاتفك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وباسم المستخدم وملف التعريف العام. وبالمثل، سنشارك بعض المعلومات مع الشبكة الاجتماعية ذات الصلة مثل معرف التطبيق ورمز الوصول وعنوان URL. وإذا اخترت أن تسمح لخدمة خارجية بالدخول على حسابك، فسوف نشارك معلومات معينة عنك مع الطرف الخارجي. وعلى حسب الموافقة التي تمنحها، من الممكن أن يكون الطرف الخارجي قادراً على الحصول على معلومات حسابك وعلى المعلومات الأخرى التي تختار توفيرها.

 

إذا اخترت مشاركة المحتوى على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، سيتم مشاركة الفيديو واسم المستخدم والنص المصاحب على هذه المنصة أو، في حالة المشاركة عبر منصات المراسلة الفورية مثل  WhatsApp، فستتم مشاركة رابط للمحتوى.

 

مقدِّمو خدمات السداد

إذا اخترت شراء عملات معدنية أو إجراء معاملات تتعلق بالسداد، سنشارك البيانات مع مقدِّمي خدمات السداد ذوي الصلة لتسهيل هذه المعاملة. وبالنسبة لمعاملات العملة، فإننا نشارك معرف المعاملة لتمكيننا من تحديد هويتك والائتمان بحسابك بالقيمة الصحيحة للعملات المعدنية بمجرد قيامك بالدفع.

 

مقدمو الخدمات

نحن نقدم المعلومات والمحتوى لمقدمي الخدمات الذين يدعمون نشاطنا، مثل مزودي الخدمة السحابية ومقدمي خدمات الإشراف على المحتوى لضمان أن المنصة آمنة وممتعة أيضاً. ولمقدمي الخدمة الذين يساعدوننا في التسويق للمنصة.

 

مقدمو التحليلات

نحن نستخدم مقدمي التحليلات لمساعدتنا في جعل المنصة على النحو الأمثل وتحسينها. كما يساعدنا مزودو تحليلات الجهات الخارجية لدينا أيضاً في تقديم إعلانات مستهدفة.

 

المعلنون وشبكات الإعلان

نشارك المعلومات مع المعلنين وشركات القياس التابعة لجهات خارجية لإظهار عدد مستخدمي المنصة الذين شاهدوا أو نقروا على الإعلان. كما نشارك معرف جهازك مع شركات القياس حتى نتمكن من ربط نشاطك على المنصة بنشاطك على مواقع الويب الأخرى؛ ثم نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتظهر لك كإعلانات قد تهمك.

 

 

مجموعة شركاتنا

قد نقوم كذلك بمشاركة معلوماتك مع الأعضاء الآخرين أو الشركات التابعة أو الشركات المنتسبة لمجموعة شركاتنا لتوفير المنصة بما في ذلك جعل المنصة على النحو الأمثل وتحسينها ومنع الاستخدام غير المشروع ودعم المستخدمين.

يُرجى ملاحظة أنه إذا كان ملف التعريف الخاص بك عاماً، فسيكون المحتوى الخاص بك مرئياً لأي شخص على المنصة كما يمكن لأصدقائك ومتابعيك وكذلك الجهات الخارجية مثل محركات البحث ومجمعي المحتوى ومواقع الأخبار الوصول إليه أو مشاركته. يمكنك تغيير من يمكنه مشاهدة مقطع الفيديو في كل مرة تقوم فيها بتحميل مقطع فيديو. وبدلاً من ذلك، يمكنك تغيير ملف التعريف الخاص بك إلى الإعداد الافتراضي الخاص عن طريق تغيير إعداداتك إلى "حساب خاص" في الإعدادات.
